i voted in the poll for final flight of the osirus.
and about your quistion, that you don't get the last episode of the animatrix. matriculated ???
well the basic story is that a group of people (sort of hippies)
capture a robot. and they try to get them to there side with there kind of matrix, but the robot beliefs or likes that 'fake' matrix so much that it doesn't whant to leave it any more. and mabey even got to love that 1 girl. but all a sudden a couple of other robots (machines) burst in and kill every one. he destroyes the robots. and then plugs him self and the 1 woman (that is unconsious) back in that 'fake' matrix

the point of the 'fake' matrix they planted in the robot whas to get him so far that he would join there side. and help them. but in sort of a way it back fired at them. because he wanted to be in the fake matrix for ever. with the woman. i'm not sure about this but i think he felled attracted to the girl and wanted her for him self !!!

Yeh, thats all fine and dandy. However, at the end of the story the robot doesn't actually stay in the makeshift matrix forever. When he plugs himself and the girl back in, she screams and rejects him. The machine is so upset by this rejection that he shuts down the program that they are in, thus killing her and he then goes and sits on that little hill that the girl was sitting on at the start.
