Someone was complaining about the ammount of N00B's that have been spamming, and the classic, saddo n00b, who comes on and calls everyone names...anyway, the guy said that people from the beggining had built up a nice community here on the forums. Well, with these clans I think it could destroy your little community, because no doubt the two clans (and Im sure there is more to come) will be rivals.I feel this will cause arguements or cause folk not to like one another.That why I posted something saying we should all make one HUGE clan.
Does anyone agree?

i disagree. i think that most MATURE people are able to handle a little friendly competition. its just like playing basketball with your friends on your driveway. you all want to win, only half of you do, but in the end youre still all friends just having a good time

at the moment yes there are 2 (line gunmen and reborn) and there will be more, and also from othere sites/not on this forum

From what I've seen so far, it looks more like Reb0rn and the Lone Gunmen are friendly rivals, not enemies. As long as it stays that way, it's all good

We really couldn't make one HUGE clan with everyone here; that's WAY too many people, IMO

I've never seen guilds/clans really go at it... It's not like only one person can win at these games (hell, there isn't even really a way to "win"). I don't see any reason why one clan would despise the other - unless of course, if one clan did something really crappy to another clan. Even then, it's usually just an individual who caused the trouble.

The only way I can see someone getting mad is if person A conciously accepted a duel from person B, and then person A was beaten. If they're gonna cry over that, then maybe their too young to be playing the game in the first place.

The fact that I will be seriously asswhooping the REt0rds doesn't mean at all that they will bring less insight into threads I generally participate in.

The TMO section will probably become very crowded when the game is released, but more with questions, like "He Freddy! Wanna fight?"

It's still spam, but I doubt it will affect threads like the ones that are posted in the artificial intelligence section, in which we try to explain perception...

yes it's true the lone gunmen and reborn are not realy enemy's. but just friendly rivals. hey let's face it were all on the same forum. why fight over a game, and say: I'm better then you. and stuff like that.

i do think more clans will apear, mabey from this forum, or from other places.

You have to relativate it... it's just a game... I'm sure the folks from all the other clans are great people... it's just joking around a bit... not a political issue or somethin'
