Chapter 1: Entry
In the beginning, the start of ones life, knowledge is not what we seek, but as life goes by our mind's require an understanding of our surroundings and our life. Our story takes us through the life of one man, 'Scyfer'. A young boy of 16 years who's knowledge of his world grew, so did his questions of which he needed answering. Not only was this boy a thinker, but a believer. A believer of a single being who controlled the life of every single human on the planet and used them to his advantage, but he was determinded to discover answers to questions nobody had asked, solutions to problems nobody had and a solution for what we call 'Choice'.
It was a friday morning just like any other friday morning. The sun was out, the sky was blue and birds sang in their nests to the rest of the world. Scyfer, on his way to school stumbled across something. This he had never seen or heard of. It was his now, it was his reasoning behind his quest for knowledge. This thing wasn't of anything he had seen or believed of before or anything like anything else. It was unique. Scyfer's bag was its new home for now, untill he could find somewhere private to examin it and find out the answers to the many questions it brought up. He continued to school along his usual root along satinwood lane up to the crossing which was outside his school. The school day passed and Scyfer could finaly explore his new toy.
He ran home and straight up into his room without even saying hello to his mother. In his room, his sanctuary he removed his findings from his bag and placed it upon the table ready to be explored. It had an uneasy glow about it, bright green was its colour on a black panel no bigger than a thumb nail. Before he examined this object, a large bang could be heard coming from his lounge. He ran to his door and looked down the stairs. AGENTS. Unaware of their important in the world inwhich he lived he watched them speak to his mother before, after a time of about 5 minutes a gun was removed from one of the agents pockets only to sever the skin and bone of his mothers head killing her instantle. Scypher slammed the door shut and ran to his desk where he grabbed this black panel and lept out of the window. The agents were quick to respond to this and ran outside and down satinwood lane after Scyper.
"Get on if you want to live" a mysterious character said mounted upon a motorbike.
In a rush to get away from these agents Scypher lept onto the bike as he, and mystery man drove off into the distance.
"Do you know who i am?"
"No m'am" Scyfer replied
"I am trinity. And those people who you were running from are agents. The protecters of this world put here to keep order"
"But why do they want me?"
"You found something today, did you not?"
"Yes i did"
"Well Scyfer that was one of the biggest mistakes of your life. What you have found is the key to the destruction of the matrix. It has been in the hands of a man know as 'King' for over a century now and after a brawl two days ago that chip was lost. Agents have been looking for it night and day since the attack on King but when news got round that you had found it you had become the most feared man in this world. now we are nearly there. I am taking you to meet our leader. Morpheus"
They bike came to a stop and Trynity dismounted it followed by Scyfer. A building, adjacent to their position was there destination and upon entering this building, Neo appeared.
"Welcome. Follow me" Neo said in a pleased voice.
Scyfer and Trinity followed neo to a room on the 5th floor of the building. Inside sat Morpheus.
"Welcome Syfer. We've been expecting you for a long time. Minds like your is what we need to beat the system. The system of what I cannot explain will become very clear shortly. Now You have two choices: Choice number one; you take this pill in my left hand and we answer all of the questions that have been eating away in your head for many years. or choice number two; you hand over what you have and you forget about everything you know and live a normal life like the othe six billion inhabitants of planit earth.....Choose"
Scyfer, without hesitating or think removes the red pill from Morpheus' left hand and swallows it. Morpheus rises from his seat.
"Good choice my boy. Now follow me"......

A warm welcome to the fanfic page! Interesting...a 'story between the movies'-like Shadows of the Empire. I'm curious to see how this story develops.

A believer of a single being who controlled the life of every single human on the planet and used them to his advantage and he was determinded to discover answers to questions nobody had asked, solutions to problems nobody had and a solution for what we call 'Choice'. A problem that plagued the minds of many humans on this planet. 'Choice'. The one problem that kept humanity in line. But inline for what? This, question was what Scypher was soon to find out.
Our story starts on a quiet saturday morning. Scypher was up and rearing for the new day that lay ahead of him and to answer the questions that would creep up in the next 24 hours. He left his house early, immediately after his breakfast and was heading for his friends house. Mathew lived 4 blocks away and the journey wasn't that far. Scypher, excited about the day that lay ahead of him walked faster than usual anxious to get to matt's and as he walked, about half way between his and his friends house he stumbled across something. He stopped. He could see something shine out from a pile of leaves. He bent down and started searching through the debry looking for the source of this mysterious light, which lay on the floor face up staring at Scypher. He reached out and picked up this mysterious item that in was no larger than his thumb. But what fascinated Scypher was that for something so small, there could be so much complexion to its design. It looked like a thousand cities of which each having its own aura. Scypher stood up still staring at this magnificent object. He was in a trance and everything around him seemed to have stopped still, but it wasn't long untill something interupted his examination of this object, but this interuption was not something you see everyday. No. This was the end of what Scypher called home, the end of happiness and the start of hell.
Gun Shots. Fired from down the street, one hitting the tree of which Scypher stood next to. Sypher twisted his head around while ducking to see two men: both wearing black suits and white shirts, but one had a gun; and one stood staring blankly at him. Scypher ran away as fast as he could, putting the black object into his pocket which had now lost its glow. As he ran these two men (of which he persumed were FBI agents) seemed to apear here, there and everywhere. No matter where he went they seemed to be around the corner shooting at him, but what had he done? he hadn't done anything wrong. Fate it seemed had begun its course upon his life. He ran down an alley still being chased and then realising it was a dead end Scypher freaked out. He was going to die. He ran to the end of the alley before turning to face his demise as they stopped about 100 yards away from him.
"Everthing in this world has one purpose. Nothing is an accident and everything has meaning behind it. Your purpose and meaning was for this moment. To hand over the item of which you had found a few moments ago and then to die. We have been watching you Mr. Stevens. We know what you have been doing and what you have been searching for. However, you were not meant to find answers to the questions you have, neither was your speices, but unfortunately many of you do. That is what we are hear for. To make sure people like you are kept in place."
"Smith!" A voice came from behind the two men.
They turned and looked to see Ghost standing behind them, a grin on his face and a gun in his hand. Smith continued to stare at him as Ghost stared back. Moments passed between the two men, seeming and eternity before, Ghost turned and ran. Smith turned back around.
"Huh? where the **** did he go?....****. Split and search"
The two men split up and ran in different directions looking for Scypher.....

Very nice. Although I much prefer the second version to the first, this is an imaginative story. Looking forward to its development!

Yeah-so 'Oriental man' (from another's story) now becomes 'Ghost'? Interesting...I've never realised I haven't seen Ghost smile before. I like any story with Ghost innit!
Anyway 'Shadows' is this 'midquel' in the Star Wars universe that took place between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi...the comparison is clear. It was never made into actual footage too...like yours! Keep it up!

The two men split up and ran in different directions looking for Scypher.
"Yeah. Got him in the nick of time. I knew they could do it." Switch says to himself. He calls Trinity "Yo Trinity. Well done. Is Ok?"
"Yeah his fine"
Sypher was sitting on the floor, completely unaware of what was going on.
"Well, you need to go to 54th street. Naiobe will pick you up from there." Switch explained
Trinity put the phone down and lifted Scypher to his feet. She stared at him questioningly, but it wasn't long untill trouble had arrived. Smith Stood no more than 10 feet away them staring angrily at Trinity.
"Well done. I must congratulate you on such a brilliant attempt at saving this boy" Smith sarcastically announced. "But I'm afraid I'll have to spoil your party. You see the boy has something very special to me and I require it before those scumbag's get it. And you see now I am frustrated. You have gotten in my way too many times and I assure you this will be the last."
10 more smiths came and surrounded the two, now scared Trinity and Scypher.
***
Switch looked blankly at the screen.
"Oh my god" worried Switch got hold of Neo "Neo. Big trouble. Smith has surrounded Trinity and the target and they aint getting outa there"
"No problem."
"What is it Neo?" morpheus asked.
"I'll be right back"
Neo ran out of the door and sprung into flight in the blink of an eye and headed in Trinity's direction. The look of anonymity and anger was clear in Neo's expression as he soared through the clouds and then over the highway.
***
"Stay close to me" Trinity told Scypher as the Smiths slowly got closer and closer.
The look of fear was eminent in Scypher's eyes as he prepared for the worst. Trinity on the other hand looked determined; determined to get out of this situation she had so foolishly led herself into by not leaving immediately after obtaining him. There was no escape and the only way out was to fight. Trinity stood tall and then, lunged forward at one of the Smith's only to be brushed aside and through a nearby door leading into the building. She got to her feet uneasy and now aware of their strength, more worried. She lunged forward again knocking one Smith over from behind and into three others.
“Run. Now” A voice came from behind Trinity
She turned to see Neo, ready to fight. Without saying a word she ran and grabbed Scypher as Neo jumped into the middle of the circle of men looking at each and every one of them. Not a word was said as the battle commenced-ten Smiths against one Neo. The battle raged on for no more than 2 minutes before realising Trinity was well away from there, he flew off into the distance at lightning speed towards Morpheus.
Trinity, now on her motorbike with Scypher reached her destination only to see no Naiobe anywhere. This operation seemed to be getting better by the minute and Trinity was now very frustrated, but then from the corner appeared Naiobe.
“Have you got the package?” Naiobe asked as she approached Trinity and Scypher
“Yes” she explained as she removed the chip from Scypher’s pocket and handing it over to Naiobe
“Hey that’s mine!” Scypher complained reaching for it. “Give it hear. And I want to know what the hell is going on!”
“Oh so you can speak. Well I’m not the person to ask. If you follow me I will take you to who you need to speak to” Trinity replied.
“Sure but I want my chip back”
“Sorry we cannot do that. It has to great of an importance to be in the hands of a child such as yourself. For we will keep hold of it until it gets to its destination” Naiobe explained.
Before Scypher could complain Trinity was mounted on her bike ready to go waiting for him. Naiobe turned and left and Scypher had no choice to get on the bike as he knew nothing about where he was or what had happened, and being a seeker of answer knew that, many were on that bike. He got on and straight away Trinity sped off down the highway. Things were looking up now until a gun shot clipped the bikes wheel sending it flat. The bike swerved out of control and into a wall but before it did Trinity leapt off as Scypher went head first into the wall.
