This makes a lot of sense. For those who don't know about this, basically, it has been theorized that the world outside the matrix is actually another matrix.
I will be using the "real" wprld for the the most ultimately falsified world of the first matrix, because this is what people besides those enlightened think it is.
A lot of the Matrix is based on the Bible, so hear me out. The matrix we are most familiar with is the "real" world. People are unaware that there is anything more than this, but spiritual warfare can still happen in the real world.
The people of Zion are the God's people. They are in the second matrix, the spiritual world. Here, there is warfare going on constantly, while in the "real" world there is usually relative peace.
Zion has it's flaws, though. The commander who opposes Morpheus is an example of religious lagalism that would forbid that we take chances trying to save the "real" world. He'd rather save himself first and then worry about the rest of the world.
But there is a world beyond this one. There is an original creator, (Besides the Architect. I have concluded that the architect is symbolic of satan, the "god of this world". He is not the true creator, though.) who is creating a new world for the people of Zion to live in. This will be the ultimate defeat of evil machines, but there are good machines that will live with humans in harmony. This is the true reality where spirtual and natural laws go hand in hand. The supernatural world will be combined with the natural in harmony, and everything will be as it should be.

Hmm, interesting theories - I don't think that the WacBros would tie real life, matrix life, and supernatural life into one. Just a gut feeling.
Anyone else comment ?

I advocate that it answers a number of lingering questions from the original movie. The Oracle knows Neo is the true "ONE" the only one who does not believe in fate. Fate presumes predestination and if someone does not believe in a destiny predefined by an Architect that person may be able to stop the cycle of the matrix being "Reloaded".

Basically this is what i caught on...
the architect basically revealed to Neo why it is that he has his powers. People believe in him blindly. he is protrayed as a type of God in Zion and this belief which he has actually internalized by now is what gave him the power to disable the squiddies at the end scene. Whether its a Matrix within a Matrix is highly unlikely. If it is they are taking a cut right out of Planet of the Apes. But nyway back to the point. If Neo believes than basically he should be able to fly in the "real World". these movies all touch on the premise that if you believe it is eventually possible.

i have posted this before someplace, so if you have read it just skip over it.
my MWIM theory was that neo was in the architects room, the achitect explained to neo, that they were in the 6th version of the matrix, and that mero was the trafficker of information, he was the exiler (deleter) of programs that were no longer of use to the machinces, or the matrix.
so my theory was that, what if when the older versions of the matrix were to be deleted by mero, he simply didnt delete them (thus why he was able to keep the vampires from the previous matrices) and each "updated" version of the matrix, simply just "over-rode" the older version of the matrix. so that there might as well be 6 matrices floating around.
i know this might seem far-fetched by i would mind other peoples opinions on it.

interesting theory but i highly doubt if the real world was a second matrix, but if there was wouldn't there be another "one" like neo or couldn't neo bend the laws of the "real world" and fly? But maybe the rules of the "real world" are stricker than the matrix and are harder to break? I'm just theorizing but i truly do not think the real world is a second matrix

There is no need for Matrix inside Matrix. Neo's abilities still can be explained. Question that must be asked first is: How do the machines communicate ? I think they use so called radio waves. Researches on human brain show that it produces electomagnetic field. It can also be stimulated by the field. Then Neo could expand his ability to receive, decode and transmit using machines' language. His field could be so strong that he was able to destroy machines' chips. When he uses this ability (at the end of Reloaded) for the first time he says that something has changed and he can feel the machines. I think that is why he plugged in without hard connection. He didn't have the experience using this ability and that's why he plugged to the wrong place. Consider that, for a moment at the train station, in Revolutions he can see the objects from machines' city.
