If he can now see the matrix in full.. then everytime someone dies he sees it right? Then he has to deal with it.... after a while it will wear a person out really badly emotionally.

No, Neo cannot see death, unless he witnesses it first hand, because of the fact that he may be God like, but he cannot witness things he can't see with his own eyes.
