At the end of Matrix 1, Neo is shot and killed inside the Matrix. But becaus he is the ONE and realizes that what goes on the Matrix is not true ( please refer to my posts on the thread "you suffer pain in the matrix...").

So should he fear or fight back any agent, virus or even a car that might run him over on the next movies?

According to the first one. He now has control over it all. And if he dies he has the ability not to die in the real world and ressucitate inside the matrix.

Any ideas? Do the virus coming up on Matrix 2 have anything to do with it ?

Well my friend I belive thats somethin imposible, because he is the one, it´s just like if you think play a computer game or another type of game, you coud die in the game but you coud be unded one and all the times you want that, thas what I belive, it´s just take a part of you to the game, but not all your life, and for that , just for that, you are unded...

I belive that he cannot die in or out or whilst hes in the matrix because he is the matrix.

Thats why the machines make the virus

I think his biggest weakness is his body in the real world that is wired and vulnerable while he is in the matrix.

Well, maybe he does have to worry, because if they are able to subdue him in the Matrix, they may be able to due something to his body that could kill his outside body. Sort of how the pill disrupts input output so that they could find his body.

He's not connected thru the regular port, so they have no clue where he is, The hovercraft moves ao they cant pinpoint his location simply by seeing he's on a mobile hovercraft.

They would have to know where the hovercraft is in order to make that an actual location where someone get's into the matrix. No matter how smart the computers are, they will never know what the humans think before they think it. Computers don't have intuition, conciousness or not.

As for them not knowing where they are connected while in the hovercraft, I think you are very wrong. Remember when Smith saying 'Run a trace', then shortly afterwards the agent#2 tells Smith that the 'trace was complete, order the strike'.

Then the Sentinels are detected by Morph, coming in fast, 6, maybe 7 minutes away.

I don't know the full theory behind the hardlines, but they are tracable and cuttable (a la when Mouse died).

yes yes, and hell yes, neo has to fear the twins, whos basic purpose is to trap him sorta in the matrix, and although he is all powerful it is mostly impossible to get around fealings int the matrix.... dun dun duuuuun

I agree with WildCard; Just because Neo is not connected to the Matrix through the AIs system, the point is that he IS connected. He has a plug in his head, doesn't he? What I was saying was that the agents might have been able to trace Neo through the hardline that he got into the Matrix with.
