REALLY neat, here is a quote from the site:

"Neo IS killed by the authorities (the Agents), and, instead of 3 days, in less than 3 minutes he is resurrected! We know that showing the passing of 3 actual days in this situation would've been impossible, so how did they symbolically represent 3 days? The prevalent screen placement of "303" should alert the sensitivities of any New Testament-savvy audience member who is aware of the numerical significance of the number three in the Gospels. This symbolic visual cue is all the film needs to alert the audience members to the significance of this momentary death."

Coincidence or not, this is something really interesting...

yep. it's pretty neat, amazing how they found that correlation
between all that stuff. I wonder if there is any truth to that
but I guess we'll never know. unless we ask the brothers.

I am just getting into the site now, but if it was true about the first one being released near easter being relevant - then why are they releasing #2 when they are? or #3 for that matter too.

I'm not sure but I think it might be for one reason:

Money. Since a lot of people would be celebrating
Easter with their families they might not go to the
movies, which would eventually result in less profit.

I don't know if you noticed but nothing good came out
in the last 2 weeks and those that did didn't really score
much $$.

Just my 2 cents.

Yea, went to see Bulletproof monk on Monday....it was cute, but not worth the 8 bux it cost me. I saw Head of State last nite and the only thing really funny was a running "Security" joke they had goin, had fun cuz i went with my best friend and we made fun of how crappy (we thought) it was....but yea, no real good movies lately except A Man Apart (for those Deisel fans out there) and i heard Phone Booth was ok, but havent seen it yet....Matrix though....thats gonna kill em all.....

I saw head of state too.

It was funny, very funny at times, but not very well done.

The plot was ok, and they could have done a lot more with
it to make it more entertaining.

just my 2 cents.

Anderson
Ander - means man (android)
Anderson - means "Son of Man" - a nickname of Jesus
Neo Anderson means "new son of man"

The gentleman who knocks on Neo's door and gets pirated data/software calls Neo "my own personal Jesus Christ"

There are many others.
