xbox is far superior.

twice as much memory as the ps2, twice as fast central proccessing unit, more powerful graphics proccesor & sound proccessor, twice as much software storage space + the console has an internal 8gb hard drive. Then once online console gaming becomes more popular, xbox has unlimited potential to expand. The game library for xbox is considerably smaller than ps2, but half the games made for ps2 are substandard and most of the better games are multi-platform anyway, so theres no real loss there.

I love my xbox haha.

I wish nintendo could keep up with sony and microsoft, but it cant. I used to be a nintendo kid through and through. After GC they wont even build another console, they'll just become multi-platform software producers. sony and microsoft will have complete control of the gaming market.

Well, I used to have an Atari Lynx, I just said that because you said Atari.

As well as being a matrix freak, I am also a Sony freak all of my electrical appliances except the microwave downstairs, are all from sony even the sound system in my car is from sony, I still have my PS1, the very one that was launched in 1995 and I have a PS2.

I will always be loyal to Sony, but I am thinking about buying an Xbox, just for some really good games that I can play with my friends, most of them have Xboxes you see, I'm the only one with a PS2.
