Is there any way to get the sound effects extracted from the game files? I have the PC CD-ROM version of Enter the Matrix. Another x-box title ported to the PC, Fable, has this "Albion explorer" program that lets you get right in there and look at all the bits that make up the game. Is there anything like that for Enter the Matrix? (i.e. a *real* hacking system unlike the one that's part of the game LOL)

By the way, I already have the Character Changer (Why won't it change to Neo? I had to do that by hand. Most everybody else seems to be on that though) and I already have the Matrix Online sound effects. I'm particularly looking for the sound effects from the hacking part of the game - the keyboard typing and various digital noises it makes.

you could always get a mic, use sound recorder, run the game in windowed mode, and record the sound waves that way. either that or explore around the source folders in the game's directory...lots of games have folders in which soundclips are contained. some rooting around might produce good results

Kindly put it down and get the fuck out of the store. On the other hand, maybe you're a woman and you're reading this wondering "Is this book just for men?" I would say that it is only for men in the same way that lesbian porn sites on the Internet are only for women. -Maddox

Or, you could hire Michael Winslow, of Police Academy and Spaceballs fame, and he could mimic the sounds you need.
