I don't get it. What did trinity mean when she says "Neo you've been down that road and you know exactly where it ends."? Tell me, what did she mean?

I took it to mean that if he got out of the car, we would be back at home, with his same old life, still searching for Morpheus. He has been 'down that road before', because thats the 'road' he took every day of his life.

A Red Pill lets out a blocks their input and output signals in the Matrix, it also allows them to be found in the Real World, when a Red Pill blocks those input/output signals the Matrix is tricked into thinking your body is dead and ejects you from your Pod.

Just to add to what Eon said, cut that out. Not everyone knows exactly everything about the Matrix movies. All he asked was a simple question, it wasn't an invitation to bag him out.
