Right, so a few of you have already gotten to know the new RPG part of the forum. Very good. Some have already made clans, fought in battles, and bought items. Others are not quite as informed as the otehr, however. Have no fear, because I'm here with a very valuable link to those who have no idea what's going on (hint: veradis).

How to get there
For starters, to reach the fabled RPG part of the forum, you must get to it in one of two ways: 1) by following this link, or 2) by going to your User CP, looking under "Settings & Options", where it says "Update RPG info". Both the link and the other option take you to the same location. To your "Headquarters". We might add it as a header button, but for now, either of those two ways will get you to your destination.

Headquarters
In the Headquarters, you can apply an RPG name to yourself, maybe something different than your forum username. Directly under that would be the password of the clan you are in, or a message stating you are not in a clan. Next, you can choose the Element you are a master of. This is tentative, but they are Dark, Light, Wind, Water, Earth, Fire, and Lightning. Next you choose your Alignment. You can either align with the Machines, Humans of Zion, or the Exiles within the Matrix. Next would be your race within the Alignment. You can be a Machine, Human, or Exile for each of the Alignments. Then choose Male or Female, and then choose what Class of character you would like to be. A large quantity to choose from, each with its own different abilities. Your battle type is chosen for you, so no need to worry about this. Check the box to update your info. Then choose either if you would like to accept battle challenges or not to accept them. The last option is to choose how to view RPG stats in the posts of members.

RPG CP
The next link is the RPG CP, where you can look at all of your stats.

Battle Arena
The next is The Battle Arena, where you can start your own battle and invite someone in, browse other battles taking place, look at the Top 10, and finally your own battle stats.

In battle, the challenger gets first turn. This is the the person who instigated the battle. They can choose what to attack with, and write a taunt in the massage box or leave it blank. The challengee gets next turn, and the battle goes until one person loses al lof their HP, or Hit Points.

Gaia Itemshop
The next link is the World Itemshop. If you are not in a battle, you may buy a Weapon, Defense Item, or a Diverse Item. Right now, the items are not working in regards to helping with HP and MP, but the administration is working to resolve this issue. If you are in a battle, you may not purchase anything, but you may sell back your items for a refund of less than what you originally paid for. A word of caution: you may only have one of each at a time. If you buy a weapon, and then buy another one, the original weapon gets replaced and you do not get your money back. Shop at your own risk.

Lottery
Next is the Lottery. There is not one taking place as of now, but there might be if the volume of players gets larger.

Healing Center
The next is the Healing Center. It costs money to heal yourself, so if you are dead, but do not have any money, you will not be able to heal yourself. The only way to regain money is by posting in the forums.

Terra Bank
The next is the Bank from the original UShop hack. Just deposit your money and you will gain interest. Withdraw as necessary.

Clan CP
Finally, the last link in the Headquarters is the Clan CP. You must either start your own clan or be invited into a clan. Clans are password protected. In the Clan CP you can look at all the other Clans, she Clan stats, and if you are a leader of a Clan, promote your members to a Co-leader position, or invite other members to join your clan. Right now, there is a 4-member maximum to a clan, and as soon as the volume of players increases, this numer will increase to accomodate.

Okey Dokey.....I've gone into my RPG update section, chosen my race and given myself a name and whatnot. Why isn't may name showing up in my stats beside my posts?
Oh, and how come I am not getting more points when I post? I am posting in Forums like the lounge and culture, so its not like they have their points disabled do they?

On another note, this RPG is gonna rock..can't wait to get into it.

The point system has been broken for a while, and it seems to still be broken. Hopefully this will be corrected soon or the RPG is going to live very long.

I changed the settings so that you could only get points by posting in the RPG section. This, of course, was before we knew that the hack would be installed. Since the hack doesn't call for the fan fiction that our previous RPG system relied on, the points system will go back to normal when the final changes to the RPG system are made.

The RPG has been reset. Now, a few rules and conditions. Forums will now be point-oriented, that is, you will now get points for posting in every forum. To be fair, everyone's points have been taken away. Everyone is on equal ground as far as HP/MP and everything else goes. Experience starts at 10.

Some conditions: To be in a clan with others, now at a max of 4 members per clan, you must be aligned the same. You can be different races, and different classes, but you ust all have the same alignment. You are in a clan. Talk amongst yourselves to choose the best way to represent.
