I heard it asked for in another thread, so here we go. Vote for who you think is the coolest in this list. Sorry if I don't have everybody, the maximum is twelve.
I myself think Neo is the coolest(he is so freakin' awesome!!!!) and Smith is definitely second, with Twins in a close third. Merovingian would probably be fourth, 'cuz he's so calm and collected and matter-of-fact.

But the thread will not make any sense, for e.g. Persophone. She is hot, and you can't say she is cool, right? So maybe you should edit a bit, something like who's the hottest/coolest in the matrix or something like that! That's my suggestion.

A character can be hot and cool. To some females, the Twins are hot. Right now we're just focusing on "the coolness" factor of the characters, and maybe their attractiveness has a small part to do with that, but a character's extreme hotness does not automatically equal coolness.
And in terms of merging, I would say merge the other thread onto this one, and not the other way around, so we keep the title and all that jazz.

I think neo and smith are the coolest. but persephone is the hottest so she get's my vote

I think undoubtedly Neo should be revered for his major transformation from computer hacker to savior. First he was a just an illegal guy running away from the law and then bam, he transforms into a hyper cool guy with an extremely fashionable long black coat, and awesome shades. Unbelievably cool.
