What is that thing. Someone told me it's a mothership shooting sentinels out.
What's that thing, really? Does it have a name? And what is that blue stuff, doesn't it destroy the sentinels it toss out as well?

I don't think it's a mothership.. If you watch the scene carefully, there's a ton of them around the city. They're just cannons that shoot the sentinals out at high speeds. Kinda cool, I think.

Not actually sentinals. TOW bombs. The things that the sentinals throw at ships.

Yeah, the sentinels are the bombs, how could I forgot them.

Probably just the explosion generated when firing those buggers. Takes a lot of force to launch them that fast. Like a muzzle flash.

they dont shoot sentinels they shoot the mini bombs *see the EMP scene at the end of reloaded, the sentinels use the mini bombs to blow the hell out of the ship*, these ships are the defense on the 01 city border, the sentinels are and about of their own cause.

I believe he states what he "does all the time" in reloaded, he is a trafficker of information. That's is (was?) his purpose. He "knows everything he can". This brings me to wonder, what was the original intention for his creation? But anyway, by the time we meet him, all he does is control information, he has all the connections and if you want to do something, or know something, having anything to do with illegal, you go to him. He's like a mob boss or something basically, and I use that term loosely and soley for analogical purposes. And in regards to him fighting, he may or may not even have the skills to fight, but I'm sure it's safe to say he never would even try until EVERY other option had been exhausted. People like him, use their power to the last drop, and would send wave after wave of henchmen, before he lifted a finger to dirty his own hands in fisticuffs.
