yeh its the guy that didnt make it to the phone in time in neos dream, when he wakes up they knock on the door and have the chip..the one he dreamed about so its clear that it actualy happened, not sure what the whole bit about cutting his hand was about though?
whats that symbolising?
i thought when he shhok neos hand he was gunna see the blood or something
