In reloaded, when Neo is having the big fight with all of the Merovingians henchmen, there is one who has shoulder length black hair and is wearing tan suit. He/she is the last person to die, right before the Merovingian says "women you will be the death of me". Is that a man or woman?

Man that is a man. If you look closely that is a man. It is an oriental man with long hair that got shot. And when you look at him closely as well as all the people that were shooting at Neo were all men. He only said that women part when he was talking to his wife. Hope this helps.;)
