Description:	uh, it implies that somebody went and wrote their own Matrix Construct program that is a simulation of the Shire from the Lord of the Rings movies ... um ... that's about it really. Another Really Stupid Thing Not to do with Windows XP Paint by Patriot/Nerd42! I used the Tolkien font and did the screen capture myself from the Fellowship of the Ring Extended Edition DVD.
