Its really not that hard to do on MS Paint, i used to resize (and cut) wallpapers images down to fit them on avatars just using MS Paint although due to the size it started off as the Quality wasn't so great but still its possible

MS paint's really underrated. Since my computer's a piece of crap, most of the sigs I've done were entirely through Paint.

Exactly. You can do a lot more in MS Paint than most people think, true you don't get all the added features that you would in say photoshop, but for just adding text, cut/coping/pasting and resizeing images its quite good, just need to have imagination

GOD I wouldn't IMAGINE using paint for that.

You lose so much quality it's disgusting.

Mind you, if quality is not what you're worried about it wouldn't hurt.

I'd rather use photoshop.

I used to use it however, to resize my pics, but as previously stated.

MS paint does a shit job at quality, and it modefies in bmp which also blows.
