I'm not conviced since your saying that Sati is the one and as we all know the fuction of the one is to save mankind,and design the Matrix as he sees fit so Sati cannot just rewrite the Matrix.

hhmm, well. rama & his wife are just 2 programes. These 2 programs are obvisouly working in unison & as with AI, it was never stated in detail, what duties their programs actually perform, but they seemed to have wrote a programe between themselves, which created Sati..."their daughter" to run what ever she did, maybe something as simple as governing the weather? But if she was allowed to stay & opertate, then Rama & his wife's programe, would then become obsolete & they would have to return to the source 2 b deleted. They obvisouly didn't want that, So they asked Merv to take Sati & hide her in the matrix. So lets say her progame did only just govern the weather. Then i guess the only person whould could teach her what not 2 abuse that power, is a Machine. The Oracle.
So in the end, Neo being plugged into the source, then allowed Smith to jump into him & imprinted his Code, that went str8 into the source, through Neo. So Smith Now gets deleted, which then allows the 8th Matrix to be Reloaded, thats when ALL the programes that Smith assimulated, got reloaded, thus the cat, & Smith had assimulated everything from the programe that governs with wind, right through 2 the Oricle. So after Smith was deleted, the orignal programes got reloaded, thats Y Sati was lying there after changing back from a Smith & so was the Oracle.
So in the final scene with the Architect & the Oracle, Sati coloured the sunrise, I dont think she has anymore importance than that simple programe. If she does, then how & why would Rama & his wife have created her, surerly some ppl with more power in the Matrix wouldve. ie,, Merv's & perserphone's
