I voted Seraph. He is a really cool guy but if Twins were in the list, I would have voted them. Of cource Smith is the best, but Twins and Seraph are my favorite new characters.

The things he says make him very cool. And I love his uniform. I wish I was allowed to wear something like that at my martial arts training... But I'm stuck with a standard judo-uniform

i love Persephone. i think she is a kick. she doesn't get to do any martial arts, but i think it's a gas when she shoots that one thug of her husband's, and also when she is talking to Merovingian about the lipstick he is still wearing. and her kiss with Neo is funny and pathetic at the same time.

the coolest of those introduced in reloaded is Seraph, but Neo is still the epitome of coolness.

Definitly, if you were ever in a situation that called for a cool powerful person it would have to go to Neo, but if he was out buying flowers from Trinity or Morpheus, then Serpah would easily take his place
