Otherwise known as AFL, Footy, or the best game known to man. Now that I'm no longer living in Australia, I don't get to enjoy this wonderous sport as often as I would prefer, but that doesn't mean my interest has waned. For those of you wanting to learn more about AFl, go to the Official Website of the AFL.

Now, my team is the Geelong Cats...the last few years we've come close to getting a spot in the Grand Final (losing the semi-fianls by 18 points in 2004 and 3 points in 2005) but last year we didn't fare as well. This year, with some fresh new talent we picked up in the draft and a better developed leadership group, I think we are ready to take out the Premeirship, providing that our ruckmen stay fit and no one is stupid and gets themselves suspended (I'm talking to you, Mooney).

What does everyone else think of AFL??

We kicked Richmond's ass! First game I went to this season and we thumped them, 222 to 65 for fucks sake...appalling.
