Why is the media and the American public makin' such a big deal about Vice President Dick Cheney accidently shootin' his buddy while they were out hunting? I jus' don't get it. So what if he didn't go and tell the nation immediately after the accident, "Hi America, I'm Vice President Dick Cheney and I jus' accidently shot my buddy... Now if you all will excuse me, I have to get back out there. I left him laying in a pool of his own blood." Is that what everyone expected?

Now granted, something wasn't exactly right with his hunting license, but...

I mean, Whats the big deal? I jus' don't get it. Maybe there is something I'm missing here. Accidents happen.

Discuss.

Something wasn't exactly right with his license? He didn't have one, he shouldn't have been out there in the first place.

I reckon Cheney's's the best thing that's happened in American comedians, how often do you get someone who practically gives them material.

Oh I thought this one was good...Dick Cheney's Hunting Chart.

LOL That was funny. Jay Leno had a few of my favorite ones.

"Cheney's defense is that he was aiming at a quail when he shot the guy. Which means that Cheney now has the worst aim of anyone in the White House since Bill Clinton." --Jay Leno

"Dick Cheney accidentally shot a fellow hunter, a 78-year-old lawyer. In fact, when people found out he shot a lawyer, his popularity is now at 92 percent." --Jay Leno

"I think Cheney is starting to lose it. After he shot the guy he screamed, 'Anyone else want to call domestic wiretapping illegal?!'" --Jay Leno

"When the ambulance got there, out of force of habit they put Cheney on the stretcher. No, the other guy!" --Jay Leno

LOL

But still, why are they makin' such a big deal about him not addressin' it sooner to the media and American public?
