Not really. If they would have removed some of the absurd looking CGI then it would have been just about right on content and durration. That is one of the few good things from the second and third films that they carried over from the first one: Dont over-extend a scene just for the hell of it. While the CGI may have gone too far, the script held the scenes to where they needed to be. The story was told, the point was made, and then they moved on.

Nah, it wasn't too short. I was about the right length to tell the story but not bore everybody.

If anything, I'd say it was a tad too long. My attention was on the design of the theater seats by the time they made the huge crater.

You must be a fan of those Hong Kong kung fu films where those fights last as long as 45 minutes or more. Don't think the Western audience have the patience for that.

I think people think its too short because it ends rather quickly. And then smith goes into a speach

I thought the super burly brawl was great. Actually, I was expecting more destruction of the city, like slamming each other into cars, possibly throwing cars at each other, etc. But overall, it was epic and great.

Yeah i forgot about that, before seeing the film i had seen interviews with Geof Darrow and such where he said that it was a real comic book fight, like they would throw each other through buildings (not just 2 walls) and as you said throw cars at each other but we never really saw that

The end of the SBB...
When you see Deus Ex Machina powersurging Neo's body. You see the yellow light... He looks kinda like a burning out phoenix.
I just watched it again.
LOVED it
