To answer the few questions I can remember...( Okay, short thing, I don't have the best memory...) anyways. The humans lost because they wern't able to organize properly... Tactical nukes would only do so much damage and only within like a 1 or 2 mile range...radiation wouldn't do much accept maybe fry some circuts that could easly be repaired on some that were closer to the blast range. As for an energy sourse...other than solar there is nueclear..doubtful that they would try to use something like that but its still possible... I think in the future there will be a way to re-use energy...like in a looped form of use...like by doing something you genrate power that instantly replaces it or something...As for the APUs...yeah, but the APU's that are in TSR2 wern't what i would think of as very mobile...maybe you could take down the group that is in front of you but there are to many blind spots in those. Where as in Revolutions you had free range of vision...and a larger span sence you could use your perifriel vision. Not to mention that with the way that the people were locked into place, and if they were in them to long dont you think that sence the mechanics of these APU's appeared to be controled by body funuctions that if the person got tired that they wouldn't be able to work them properly. As for the EMP...most if not all of thier weapons and devices were electronical as wel...so not only would they damage the enemy but themselves...see, i dont think they want to take that chance...and the Air Strike kind of idea...im certain 01 had a way of seeing "Stealth" jets and more than likely tactical nuking would be useless because you can destroy a nuke mid air with the proper controls and weapons...anyways, yeah...if there are any questions then hit me with them...i got nothing but time my fiends....nothing but time.

you pretty much summed it up, although you would think that a combined nuclear attack by all the nations would have melted the machines...

You would think that wouldn't you. Oh well, they way it is set is just the way it is set. Personaly I would love to have been there for it all. I'd probobly have died but I think I could have taken down a nice number of them. Throw me a Italian Spectre M4 and a bunch of spare mags. and I'd do okay. That or a fucking F-22 Raptor. Hehe, anyway...a lot of my posts and answers are just hypothetical ideas. Take them as serious as you want but they are mostly created via S.W.A.G ( Scientific Wise Ass Guess ). If any of you want to ask any questions about my idea then go for it but I probobly wont get to in depth just because I havn't thought that deeply on it.

Really the questions posted by the OP are answered in the animatrix, so it's a moot point... however you make an excellent point here.

A better question I'd raise based on this statement, is how do we go from killing all of the machines all over to allowing them to form a nation the size of 01? That is the part that doesn't add up. Doesn't matter still a great movie (oh and the cradle of human civilization is not the middle east, it's africa).
