Undoubtly the best villains of all time must be;
1) The Joker:he's a crazy motherfucker to be sure but funny as hell and utterly ruthless.
2) Randall flagg, stephen king's best supervillain: same as above, he's the guy who smiles while commiting unspeakable acts of evil, brilliant.
3)Darth maul: The most badass sith there ever was, a shame he was owned by the young obi wan kenobi, I really was hoping there'd be more of him.
