these are the ultimate satire on science fiction
Orwell
Salinger (despite only one book of note, it's one of the greatest)
****ins ('Great Expectations', anyone?)
Joyce (Utter beauty and total maddness)
Karouac (On The Road, Dharma Bums...)
Hunter Thompson (psychadelic literary ramblings of genius)
Jospeh Conrad (Never more relevant than now, in light of what the US is doing in the world)
Paulo Coelho (simple beauty)
Tolkien (I think you know this one...)
Michael Chabon (neo-classic author)
The List Goes On...
We're censored from writing the name of one of the greatest authors of all time?
How ironic that the internet is supposed to give greater freedom of expression, yet restricts the words you can use...

I love reading books, so I have to say my favorite author's r James Patterson "Along Came A Spider". Basically I love all his books containing my favorite detective Alex Cross. My other favorite author is Anne Rice "Interview With The Vampire", "Mummy", etc. Stephen King of course "Insomnia". There r alot more but too many, lol.
Stephen Hawking, of course. He rocks! His Space and Time was something I really enjoyed reading. I advice everyone interested in physics to read it.. It was a very interesting and intruging book.
HU
HU, have you ever read "Stephen Hawking's Universe"
its a great intro to the universe and very informative about black holes
Hey new entry, Christopher Paolini: Eragon. Just read it, and it's not bad for a 19-year-old kid.
