Ou Be Low hoo In the original street fighter 2, did you know about the secret guile move? If you do it fighting Zangief he can't touch you at all! You had to jump+medium kick, then back+hard kick, then sonic boom...He ends up standing on one leg freezed! The only way to get out of it is to do that sumersault kick thing... DPD wasn't it called handcuffs or something? i didn't know how to do it because i didn't use guile so much. all i remembered was at the beginning you hit down, R, up, L, Y, B at the Capcom screen and it made a special noise and it was something special Ou Be Low hoo that was something different...it let you have the same character fighting the same character... Ken was my main man... I guess I don't know why. But it's pretty addictive to me even though it's old. Ever notice the smiles look a lot like pacman?
