When you are creating a post... Near the bottom is "Attach File"... click "Browse" and select the file you want to attach from your computer and then, after selecting it, go down and click "Submit Reply"

Note: You must save the file to your computer and put it somewhere you'll be able to find it....

Do you have a "my pictures" option when you click start on your computer desktop, neos wife?

If you do, you store images in that and thats where you can get photos simply from that to the post using wat Jetfire said (well done jet)

I hope that is an ok explaination, if not, just ask again!
