Anyone that sees the ending knows, that niobe and ghost had actualy used their emp .
Do you think It might've had an affect on the sentinels attacking neo and the group? think about it they were heading to zion.
If this was true it would prove the whole neo super power in zion-reality theory wrong.

No offense, but your wrong there, The Logos wasent even in the same area as the Neb wen it got blown up and neo "used the force"

Enter the Matrix is just a side story, it isn't meant to be profound like the movie.

pLAying the game makes you understand the movie.
There's allot of film footage beeing shown in the game that does not get shown in the movie. It is a story Within the story as the wach brothers have said!

If you followed the game correctly you will understand that the ocurrances in the game are simultaneous to reloaded.
the meeting in the sewer.
the car chase.
helping the Nebudkadnezar.
and the ending!

Even if you were right, and Niobe's EMP is what shut down the Sentinels, then how do you explain Neo saying "Something is different, I can feel them now."? Also how do you explain Neo going into a coma right after the Sentinels fell? It couldn't be caused by the EMP, because no one else collapsed into a coma.

Neo is the only ONE.
He is part machine part human. That's why the emp affected him too!
The rest are all humans.
Neo has programming that had to be returned to the source, isn't that proof enough for you that he isn't 100% human??

But if that is the reason he went into the coma (that he is carring data that must return to the source) why didn't he drop during the two EMPs in M1?

besides neo isn't really a machine... at most there is some program in him while he's in the matrix, but that would be stored in his mind in the real world, and is not an electrical system that can be affected by emp's.

There are a few problems in your idea. First the emp only has a limited range so the logos would have had to be neo and if you watch the movie sequence at the end of the game you will notice that they fly the logos into unmapped area were no one has been which means they could not be in emp range of neo and the other sentinels, and second as mentioned before neo says he can feel them but i would say the limited emp range would be the big down fall to your idea.

not only that, but since no one even mentions an emp burst while they are talking near the end (when it shows neo and smith together) then it's doubtful that there was such a thing.

Neo's "source code" is part of his Matrix coding. Everything is a code inside the matrix, no one is real, they are simply runnning programs, so Neo's code is a part of his body code INSIDE the Matrix, i don't agree with you that he is a machine. He would have collapsed in M1 if he were (like it has already been said). Neo is simply a carrier for the code, he isn't the code, he didn't make the code, he's just the "boot disk".

didn't neo say something in the first movie about i feel them or something while he was fighting someone i don't remember what he said though.

Well if anyone's interested from a scientific side every persons brain opperates on computer code. Me the programmer will explain. All though processes are based on the same binary format that computers use except the 1 and 0 are replace with whatever the hell teh brain uses. I dont remember too much but im sure if you do research you'll find an article on an experiment relating to this that the human brain and computers have more incommen then you think. Pardon my horrendous spelling.

I havn't played the game yet, but i'm planning to buy it. But can it really help you understand the movie? Or could the movie help you understand the game? Either way I still want the game.

in m1 neo is on the phone at the end and sez i can feel you know, he means the matrix itself, agents and such nothing outside the matrix, he goes into a coma because his mind gets seperated from his body, effectively trapping him in the matrix, the logos onboard emp isnt that powerful and it only took out 4000 sentinals which were chasing it, and i agree it couldnt have affected neo as the the range, where they were couldnt have affected him, neo is affectively a prisoner in the matrix, a god like one but still a prisoner. im not sure exacly how his mind gets seperated as the films is out on friday here, but i dont believe its anything to do with the logos.

Please please please please please please can someone fill me on what exactly is said or happens in ETM? I have none of the platforms (I have a Mac), and quite frankly, I probably wouldn't be able to beat the game anyway. I read the Niobe/Oracle transcript, where else can I find what happened, either on a site or post. Thanks

I don't understand what this discussion is all about... The Oracle explains it all....
She says the one will be trapped between the Worlds. Meaning he is both in the Matrix and the "Real" World.
The only explanation is that he went into th matrix unplugged and stopped the Sentinels trough the Matrix.

PLUS: Niobe literally says they should wait untill they are all close... If the range would have been so big it could disable the sentinels near Neo why would she say that?

Plus.. If the range really was that big, why wouldn't some kind of Suicidesquad go up to the surface and detonate there... Disabling ALL of the Sentinels?

anyways, the oracle states since neo has touched the source, he is stuck between your world and ours. trinity will have to 'fight thru hell' to save him. (she fights her way thru Club Hell in the third movie) she also states Merovingian destroyed her old shell, so she was forced to take a new shell. my guess shes refering to her 'old shell's speech about how sometimes programs get upgraded. she could very well be an upgrade. she also states she only knows what happens from the beggining of the path to the end. now, since neo went to the source, his path must be through, supposedly, therfore, she cannot tell the future anymore. that was my theory, but then i realized she knew about club hell, etc, so Neo must stuill be walking his path. but something will definitly happen, and she is saying she cannot say what wil happen after the end. Because neo chose the left door, the human race will be destroyed, unless everyone plays their part. she also said stuff about she trusted two programs that gave Mero her deletion sequence. She didnt care, because their 'son' was more important. and she believes someday this son will play a big part in everyones life. Now this throws me on a whole new loop, and now i realize none of us know what we are talking about here, and we only will know the truth when we see Revolutions.

OK check this out let me shed some light on this (i am glad somebody asked)......what the Oracle said, relates to what Merovingian said.....(He told Neo to give the fortune teller this message: Her time is almost up).......Now in the Game the Oracle tells Niobe that she did trust 2 programs, & they gave her deletion code/sequence to Merovingian, that is why she looks different (for movie purposes).....But she said that their Son was more important.....and he has a role to play in the resisitance,

Now the question that lies ahead of us is who is this son.....Could it have been Neo (no i doubt it ) it just does not add up......I have a gut feeling that th son is THE KID that is inside of ZION.....(but Programs conceiving children)

Well, if you watch the Revolutions trailer the reason Neo could stop the Seintinels is bcuz hes "between the worlds" as the new oracle says (and yeah she sux). Therefore he could stop them only because he has his Matrix powers in the real world. So up yours MWIAM theory!
