Is Zion Just Another Matrix?

I really had trouble understanding the trilogy.

But, I was wondering is Zion just another matrix, and there is a code for it, and people can be plugged into Zion as well? Is there truly a REAL world, or are the worlds just a chain of matrixes? I had to ask someone why Neo could use powers to kill the spider/octopus looking machines in the second one, and he told me that there was a program for Zion, which Neo was beginning to figure out. So this made me wonder if Zion was just another Matrix...

NO ZION IS NOT THE OTHER MATRIX!!!! Zon you cannot be plugged into, they are in Zion being plugged in to the MATRIX. Watch the movies like 6 times, you MIGHT get the story....

Zion isn't a part of the matrix, if it whas the machine would of deleted. because it would make the humans think the matrix is fake.

^^^I get that... but I thought Zion was Anoter matrix, not the matrix they plug into, and people who lived in the 'real?' world could plug into Zion... but I think thats wrong...

If Zion was another matrix Neo would be flying around it and programs would reside in Zion.
