CUSTOM TITLE not working!!!

Ok, I hit 260 posts and it says "Waiting for Custom Title". and then RedPill also hit 260 posts and he is able to make a custom title and im not!! he told me where he did it, but I dont have that option. Now this makes me very sad!! I feel so used (jk)

yea it worked 4 me and i directed helix right 2 the spot but he didnt have it there-so if it worked 4 me it should work 4 him
