the man at the end?

remember the man at the very end opposite of Neo? I think he is agent Smith (hold on, let me explain)

Remember, somewheres in the biggining half of the movie before the Burly Brawl, when one of the Agent Smiths took over the body of one of the freedom fighters and went through the phone with a smirk? I think that is the same guy at the end! They said something like "there was only one other survivor" and then it showed the other guys face, laying down. then it was To Be Concluded.

So according to my theory, Agent Smith is in the real world, harbored by someone elses body.

also, did anyone notice that Neo's hair was longer at the end? that helps the "Zion in the Matrix" theory
