Did anyone else notice this?...........

I just realised something. I remember them talking about Zion in the 1st film being deep in the earth because it's the only place where it is warm now. After just watching Revulsions--I mean Revolutions I'm thinking that if Neo if walking around in the open air in the machine city don't you think it would be slightly cold, If not freezing? He's only wearing his daggy clothes nothing special. Anyway ppl you may see this as a stupid thread but feel free to comment/critisise/have a laugh at.

Heat from the machines probably gives off a signifigant temperature.

i agree with icy, i mean after all, there are about 20 million machines, and im pretty sure neo was cold, but he is not goin to cry about it

Let's put it this way, the guy's been shot, punched, beaten and had some dam hard choices to make throughout the films.
I highly doubt, when he's on the brink of saving the world, he's going to worry about a little cold :)

It probably wasn't cold at all.. The machines giving off heat is the best way to explain this.

Because finding little loopholes or plot conflicts in a movie is just soooo much fun, so why not?

i dont really c it as a hole, the eplanation of the machines giving off heat is good enough for me,
but think about it they have been on that ship for some time and its not like they plan to go sledding or anything, so i dought there are any slaveworkers in zion making expensive down coats and thermal underwear
but has anyone thought about if the people in zion ever get to go into programs kinda like the matrix, like what if some1 that is unplugged really loves surfing or snowboarding, can they access a program to do that, or does zion jsut nothave enough machines to be hookin people in for fun(and not war)

But i surpose that because they know that rules can be broken, they can break the rule that if you eat, you need to have a crap

I agree. I was also wondering about the whole "cold" thing. I am glad some of you have said that the machines are giving off heat. For some odd reason, I handn't thought of that.

its weird the way people watch an amazing film and then realise after a bit, they miss out certain essentials. I always watch a film then point out the oddest things to my boyfriend who says "only you would say that during this kind of film"
I suppose if we try to relate to it, then we realise something is missing and start noticing things

Anyway, they DO have sex in Zion, so I guess that proves that you can get pretty horny in the Matrix, and when you get out, you just wanna..................watch TV
