zion is still the matrix

Neo and Company still in the matrix at the end of M3.
How else could Neo have seen that code or seen at all when he was blinded if they weren't still in the matrix.
Trinity was the only one who knew that he could see in this way but she died so she couldn't tell any one in Zion and make them realise this possibility.
And the code colour with an orangy yellow colour, oddly enough the same colour as the guy who protected the Oracle (M2).

Are me and my boyfriend the only ones with this theory in mind?

I don't think so; The oracle says in M3 that the power of the one is not limited to the matrix.

the brothes just wouldnt make a story that pointless and without hope, nothing gets solved that way
neo has that power becasue he is in some way still attached to the source

I agree! There isn't a matrix within a matrix. Neo just has a kind of "wireless connection" to the matrix. The sentinels use the same kind of technology whenever they use their little radar dishes to recieve instructions. Neo just doesn't use a satelite reciever thing. He is able to see the machines and things because they are also connected to the source; therefore, he can see them.

Ah yeah but then how is this connection still in him? Why doesn't any one else have it. We could look at it in the manner of pure fiction, where nothing is impossible and he is some kind of special being.
But then in the that's not possible theory, which keeps us all sane and keeps us believing he is just human.................why does he have the connection.

but when neo's human eye's are destroyed by bane/smith. his sort of machine or program eye's of the one take over. the only down side whas the Neo could only see machine units. and not humans or other things.

and it would become very complex if it whas true that Zion is just another part of the matrix. too keep the humans under control !

So basically Neo DOES have super powers out of the matrix and there's no "realisticness" I suppose u could say about him.
He is the super hero of the film. And it's not cos he's still connected radar wise to the machines

My answer: Has Morpheus or Trinity been to the Source?

I don't buy the Matrix-in-a-Matrix theory, but I don't just explain away his ability to stop sentinels and sense Bane in the real world by saying, "Oh, well, he's got superpowers." I think there's a reasonable explanation - Neo's been to the Source, so he can sense the machines' connections with it in the real world. The sentinels receive their orders from the Source, so Neo is able to disrupt it because he has been there. In the same way he can sense Bane, because Bane is really Smith (a program).

But it's not just a matter of, "Neo's got the same superpowers in the real world that he does in the Matrix." Notice that Neo cannot heal his eyes, save Trinity, or fly in the real world. And we know for sure that he can do the last two when he's in the Matrix.

The only reasonable explanation is Neo's connection with the Source, and that is how the Oracle explained it in Revolutions.

Zion is another system control?
we dont have much idea of the person who freed the first humans? and why r the skys scorched for such a long time? if it was real world, machines wouldnt need humans too power up? and if they advance so much, they would of built towers by now to use solor power above the skys? as we saw the scorched cloud is low as neo flys over them fast,
ill say it again, its not humanly possible too see with no eyes, and to stop a machine with the force in real life ( only in starwarz hello SKYWALKER! ) it can be so real when u have no real idea about the city indepth of it, where do they grow there grops and feed all those people in the city? and that water fillterin machine, looks a little small for the whole city.. and how do they know thats the life they know it that exsists today? wouldnt they copy some ideas from the matrix (dreamworld) and use it in the real world? for example the way they dress, advance, spread out?
if they free there mind, i think zion is made for them not to think much futher, except that there free and this is the life we accept today.. and ships how can they always fly in the tunnels? u never seen it once in the move they show the ships flyin above the sky? and WHY not? its another trap made by matrix? too keep them in one place?
