Matrix Online and the phone booth theory

On another forum, people are talking about how the internal matrix date on the first day of the Matrix Online could be very illuminating about whether the phone call at the end of M1 actually happens after M3 or even in the Matrix Online.

The date of TMO is not relevant.. It won't prove anything.

At the end of M3 the Matrix was reloaded thus nullifying the date of TMO.
