anyways, in revolutions, when all the smiths are going for the oracle, and they run into the oracles protector with the kid, did they overwrite the protector (cant remember his name)? If so, whouldnt that unbalence the equation? If im wrong and they didnt, why not?

Seraph, no. Seraph is just a protector. He defeated Smith before but he's not a program that balances or unbalances the Matrix. There are only 2 programs that do this.
