Revolutions DVD

DOes anyone know when the Revolutions DVD is coming out?

There is talk about in coming near Christmas, however, I don't see how this would give them enough time to put all the features they've put on the other 2 films. Also, it would be too soon considering it just came out.

Yes the mtv movie awards was funny....but as far as dvd features go...it was very disappointing that they didn't have anything interesting for the actual movie

i actually think that they may have an alternet ending in the revolutions dvd. I hope so anyway

I would just about die if there were an alternate ending...it's all one story, if they changed the ending, it wouldn't be right, it would be a different story, of another one...

On the DVD, i want WACHOWSKI COMMENTARY. I would also like commentary by Carrie Anne Moss and Keanu Reeves, because they simply rock and I think Keanu seems to understand the movies very well. I would also like a bloopers/outtakes section, but that doesn't seem very likely considering what a serious film it is.

I'd say next June also. If they made it by that time I would be surprised.

I think they might try and get it out earlier than June.

Just a gut feeling.

The DVD Box of all three movies including audio commentary of the Wachowskis will be released in fall 2004!

It will come out in Februari.
And it will have an explanation of what actually happened...

It would be great with the W brother have a commentarie, iam tired f not seeing anything of the W brothers, the only time i ever saw them was on the Matrix 1 DVD, and a few times when they were working the cameras, i mean wTF!?

But i bet the reason the DVD on Reloaded didnt have enough because they didnt want to give too much away so they would have people still quessing, they know us fans are tricky, and will mostly find something out by watching it so many times.

But i had hoped that they would have the behind the scences parts that were on E! Entertainment live, they had a Reloaded speical...i was wrong :(

I would def. buy the box set, i have all the DVD's that are out but i would still buy it to have it in collection

It's from the Magazine Allocine (french) - I had posted the link to it before in Questions and Support somewhere. It was an Interview with Joel Silver about what happens after the movie. There will the DVD, DVD Box set, Matrix Online and eventually an Enter The Matrix follow-up.

there could be a chance that it could be releasd this chistmas because M2 and 3 were made as one and if M2 came out in thearters may 5 and then came out on dvd and video october 14 then that gave them seven months to think up and even make the revolution dvd. but if it doesn't come out december then it will some time near april.

No offense but do you guys read any of the thread topics before you create a new one? there is a thread for this, has been here all day. Matrix Revolutions on DVD January 6th, 2004. If you want the link, go to the other thread, the link there will take you to the press release.

I read, from a very reliable source...that the DVD quite possibly will be pushed towards before Christmas as much as possible. I can hear you all asking why now....

Since many people lost interest in the third installment (shame shame shame on them!), Warner Bros (not the Wachowski's but the corporate business only worried about money) is concerned that they are not going to get enough money off of the third movie. I read this before last weekend...and it said something about it being dependent on the second weekend sales...as it fair(s/ed) against Master and Commander. I am unsure as to how that went...but Warner Bros is thinking that if they get it out before Christmas they will make the ideal amount of money by throwing the box set in there too...hastily if you ask me.
