The Oracle's purpose

I've read countless times that ppl don't know why the Oracle is there, and who created her in order to unbalance the equation.

The Architect about the Oracle: "An intuitive program designed to study aspects of the human mind."

The Oracle was made after the flaws of the first Matrix. She was written to study humans, and by this, study their emotions which could lead to dangers in the Matrix, like 'love'.

In order to complete this task, machines gave her such an afffinity for humans and made her help them at all costs, and by helping them at all costs - the dangers and imperfections of humans would be presented to the Architect so that he could reload the Matrix and terminate that flaw. Nothing is perfect, which is why the Matrix will always be reloaded. The Oracle will always be there to find these problems, why else would she appear in the crater at the end of the movie. As for Sati, why wasn't she destroyed? She has no purpose, she was created from "love" and had to be smuggled into the Matrix.

The Oracles purpose study aspects of the human mind. But she disobeyed the Architect by changing her purpose to the survival of human and machine kind. She mentions that in reloaded. I beleive In part one she doing her original purpose. That is why she wasn't hiding. She was searching for other possible ones. Something between the first and reloaded caused animosity between her and the architect. In the beginning of revolutions inside the sub station the father of the little child mentions that if you do not have a purpose, you face deletion.

There is 2 sides to this. First the oracle wasn't doing what she was originally created for which is to study the aspect of the human mind to maintain the matrix. She was more concerned with the survival of humans and machines.

Second. Neo would be the last One. The architect said the missing peace to the anomoly problem was love. Thats why there was no need for the keymaker at the end of reloaded. I assume the keymaker always lead the previous ones to the architect. Since NEO would be the last one, he needed to be deleted. As well as the Oracle.

Reloaded : Neo: "You can't destroy all of us. You need humans to survive"

By helping humans, she was completeing her purpose of studying humans.
