Names for Factions

What would a good faction name be? I was thinking something like the Resistance or something like that.

The Resistance is the most unoriginal and uncreative faction name I've ever heard....Howabout Dingleberry Jerry de La Resistañce!

or

Rebelistical Defenders

Do you mean as a clan kind of thing? because you only get the choice of 2 factions in the game... Zionists or Machinists.

The Zionists or the Rebels, that's what I heard, and I do not believe the names can be altered by the users...

Here are the factions :Zionists and the Preservationists.
I think he was asking about clan names, not faction names.
Everquest has factions, but it also has clans.
Counter-Strike has only two factions CT's (counter-terrorists) and T's (Terrorists), but it has over a million clans that play the game.
When TMO comes out, if a bunch of people from this site got together and make a clan, lets say MatrixMania clan, we would either be fighting for the Zion, or Machine Faction.

Matrix Mania definitely needs a clan. Being in a clan is one of the best things in a MMORPG or any online PC game.

If i was going to start a machinist group in The Matrix Online, i would call it Lolo Vast, which is Romani for "Red Hand". You figure it out.. =)
