Hi,
I'm sorry if this is considered as another Newbie thread, but I had to get this out otherwise I will go mad. The problem is I cannot talk about Matrix Revolutions to any of my friends or collueges as I am the only person i know who has actually seen it other than my girlfriend.
After the end Matrix Revolutions, I felt so disappointed but I did not want to admit it. Although the film I was so looking forward to finding out the answers to so many of my questions.
Well initially I came out of the film speechless thinking WTF? It was my disappointment at the end of the film that I think influenced my feeling of emptiness.
Well after seeing the film on Wednesday, I have had a hard job not thinking about this film. These forums helped me understand the questions I had just by reading other peoples opinions and their own interpretation of what things meant.
I now think the film is absolute genious, and I can now appreciate the true beauty of the entire triology. How clever is has been in its planning and story.
I have also managed to stop driving myself mad with the still unanswered questions, such as is Neo still alive etc. If you take out all these questions we have, it takes away the deep discusion of the film, which means many of us would not understand what the film was all about.
I am no longer bothered about finding out these answers as it changes nothing about the film.
I also think their should not be a fourth film, I mean how can they possibly top the previous three, And what would it be about, with no agent smith, no trinity who are integral parts of the story we have all been gripped by.
Without them, the film would not be the same.
Bring on another animatrix i say........
I also realised the disappointment that I felt at the end of the film, this is quite sad to admit. But I was actually really disappointed that it had all come to an end.
The Matrix Triology is an absolute masterpiece, i think it should stay that way........
