u people are totallay lost neo is a program. don't you guys remember when he spoke to the arcitech and it showed the different versions of neo he even said that the other versions reacted different then u see their reactions. to further prove my point. when neo is in the real world as they call it he can feel the machines and destory them because that world is also a program sorry people zion is not real . this also explains how agent smith was able to get to this world. now when neo went into a coma and you see him at the train station (another program) this is a place between. the program were zion is and the matrix.
so anyway if you think about it , this all makes sence the oracle asked so what will happen to the others who want out. response they will be freed so morpheous niobe etc. will be freed
(as in they are still in the matrix and will be let out.) the oracle also said we will see neo again the next version. come on people i guess only a true computer geek could break it down for ya.
