why so many bad reviews already?

I'm seeing alot of bad reviews, rolling stone gave it 2 out of 5 stars and said (and I qouate)

And not just them Im seeing alot of reviews like this. Can someone who seen the movie give me a different take on how the movie is so I can compair to what these critics are talking about.
