The architect always watching?

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum. I was watching the Matrix the other day, and I realized that right before Neo is being interrigated, about 6 small television screens appear that are identical to the one that the architect has in the scene in Reloaded where he is talking to Neo. What do you guys think?
