A connection

Ok, been an avid reader of the forum, but never spoke out. Here's something though that I caught the other day while watching "The Matrix" and related it to the final showdown between Smith and Neo in Revolutions. In the first movie when Neo is picked up by Trinity, Apoc, and Switch, he has the car stopped and starts to get out when Trinity gives the line "You've been down there Neo, down that road, and you know exactly where it ends." There is a shot of the street too and it looks earily simiilar to the one in which Neo and Smith have their showdown. Could this be an indication of anything? Or is this just another possible connection we don't know about until the end. Sorry if this was brought up before and I didn't see it, but I thought it could maybe stir up a good conversation amongst us.

Here's how the conversation goes:

Trinity: Please Neo, you have to trust me.
Neo: Why?
Trinity: Because you have been down there Neo, you know that road, you know exactly where it ends. And I know that's not where you want to be.

Ou Be Low hoo

The English language is littered with many different figures of speech. The use of this example of colloquial language is simply to show the humanity of the characters. DOn't thin too much...
