My theory on how smith is now feeling human emotions

We must first remember that smith is a not more that a computer program who has the ability to take over a human host connect to the system(i know everyone's thinking ("No Duh"), I'm thinking that he has some how learned to connect to his human host on a larger scale, because remember he felt the human emotion of HATE for the matrix, before neo destroy him.

but hmmmm i just thought of something about that scene smith wants zion mainframe code to "get free " he said "i must get free, and inside this head is the key" that bring up something interesting as i type this what is smith trying to get free of. DAMN THE MATRIX MOVIES AND ALL IT CONFUSIONS!!!!

But to my previous theory, smith is becoming one with his host, i remember seeing someone on this site asking how can the agent bleed if the not human(which is true the agent are not human but their hosts are, that why agent johnson bled when morphues cut him with the sword). Now this will led to question about the twins bleeding and i down have a theory for that unless the code written for them allows that, now this is just a theory.

Smith himself is a systemic anomaly. The other agents realized this in M1, when they said something like, "What were you doing?" after he was acting as though he had emotions in the struggle to get the codes from Morpheus.

He is indeed a systemic anomaly, he is from the original 5 Matrices, although he does not know it. He is part of the anomaly that set off the general failure, and led Neo to choose a new Matrix. He is infact the closest thing most people from Zion will get to The Architect, as I believe he is infact programmed by the Architect to take over where Neo failed, as if the Oracle is omnipotent, she knew Neo was different, as did the Architect, but he didn't want his plans going awry, so he got Smith, one time the "senior" agent, to enact the plans of Neo, and to try and force Neo into following the original plan of The Architect.


One question I have, how did the Architect, if indeed he is a real person, stay alive when there is little to no food?
