the cube will reign the universe!!!!

Not to disrespect much, but "the cube" looks like a lunchbox and the xbox is like 20 pounds too heavy, that thing is like a plastic box filled with bricks and takes a hell long time to load.

XBOX is the best. i reallly like the size of th controler, plus XBOX seems alot faster to me.

that's one good thing about the XBOX, the controller, the buttons are so easy to reach like on the PS2 controller; whereas on the gamecube, the extra analog sticks and buttons are a hassle and give you a blister.

i dont think so....just the people in the ps2 looks better than in the xbox or pc

I love PC as much as the next person but I prefer not to play games on a computer unless it's been upgraded because of the bad graphics and lag form too much action and commands. The good part is the mods and stuff you can do on the computer.

yes very true...but i liked when you got to drive the firebird...but ghost has some of the coolest focus moves!

True about the Firebird, but ghost gets to haul @$$ in a police SUV. But his best focus move is when he kicks you in the chin, and you fly backward doing a backflip.

i loved that part with the SUV.....i like ghosts focus jump

Gamecube is the best console... Why? A number of reasons...

1. Its got longer games than Xbox and PS2
2. It's games are more detailed
3. It's small
4. It's just as powerful as an Xbox.. Because I've never seen a highly detailed game on Xbox before.. All the Xbox games look extremely cheap... I know this because I have an Xbox and Gamecube .

PS2 is alright, but not fantastic.. It has some good games like Tekken etc.. But none, other than Final Fantasy X, are detailed enough to impress...

It's because of the clothes, the long robe type suit like Neo and Morpheus have and the gloves. Besides Ghost, I to play as Agent Smith in multiplayer vs. mode. (a.k.a. Spark's Training Construct)

the gc has about all the kids games...the only game on that system i liked was r.e.0

I'm a big fan of Resident Evil games and Star Wars games and their best ones are on gamecube, and I don't have one.

the star wars games are the best on gc....but i liked jedi starfighter for ps2

I liked Super Mario Sunshine for GC.. It's a cool game and the water effects are amazing!

It's really very similar to previous versions. But there is one key dif: MULTIPLAYER!!! Co-op AND dogfight.

You get to fight first person shooter as well as cockpit dogfighting?

They are called, "custom avatars" and you need 50 posts first. Then all you need to do after that is find someone on this site who makes good avatars like JakeNewman, JetFire90, and liondale, and contact them and ask them to make you a custom avatar of a scene you like from the movie. But remember, these people have busy lives, so don't push them to make you an avatar, so you also need patience.

The only reason why I would want to get Xbox is halo. But also xbox has a faster processor clock with a hard drive meaning that its loads much faster than ps2 and GC. But overall I love the PS2

Xbox rules supreme in my eyes. It's got to be the best console yet. I've used about 7500 blocks of memory and it still reads 50,000+ memory.And the graphics of course are superb and the game range is growing..... Long live Xbox.

Anyway, you are aware that Resident Evil is a remake of an old PS1 series, right? (What do you think of RE 2's graphics?) I don't think it's valid to use it as an example as we haven't had the opportunity to see what it would look like on the PS2 or the X-box.

Most of the time it seems like the X-box comes ahead, but IMO the PS2 has the better controller.

the 'Box controller takes a lot of crap, but I like it!

It may take crap but the buttons stick and the D-Pad is too stiff to move around.

In my oppinion The Gamecube controller is the most confortable controller ever!!.

I find the xbox control too big and has a weird and unconfortable shape, also as it is a bit rounded in the top makes the buttons not so easy to hit.

The XBox and PS2 deffinately outplay the game cube, the PS2 has a better network, but the XBOX has better graphics, In the XBOX there is a certain advantage, you can find a certain gun that is not found PS2, but i love the PS2, i mean, the size difference, the ability to go sideways for space, the wieght difference, and size of the controller. Dont get me wrong the XBOX is tight, just i rather use the PS2!

Overall they are all good. In terms of graphics Xbox is just a tad better, in terms of game quantity Ps2 takes that one, in terms of memory Xbox has 8 GB while Ps2 has an 8 MB (which is much smaller) removable memory card so does the gamecube. People seem to be calling the gamecube a "kiddy system" because it has all the mario games etc. But its not true because last time I checked Soul Calibur was not a "kiddy game" neither is metroid prime. Xbox has an intel processor which is well known for its speed so the Xbox is the fastest with 650 MHZ persecond processor gamecube has 450 and Ps2 had 300 so Ps2 is the slowest. But everyone has their own opinions I love the Ps2 but my favorite game is Halo, and is the only reason I would want to have an Xbox console. But I have Ps2 and I love it. But like I said everyone has their own opinions.

i like pc and game cube... but the thing is that game cube has those little discs. so think about it, how much can you put in that disc... meaning that you might two disc for one game. in ps2 or xbox you can just have it in one disc. its that simple. i like the graphics and all, but thats the only thing that i dont like about game cube.

by the way killerfox.... your right that they might be uncomforable but you get use to it. bigger controller means more buttons. more buttons means more moves, extra stuff, ect. it could be anything. i dont own a xbox but i play it alot... i like ps2 and xbox... just get use to it, thats all.

Plus you cant play DVDs or CDs with gamecube and i think to play DVDs with Xbox you need to buy a separate DVD remote but with Ps2 you can just use the regular controller.

If this thread isnt deleted, this convorsation could go along forever, I know i said i like the ps2, but i left out the computer, I put a godd 3,000 bux on my computers and keyboards, mice, sound systems etc. I like to use them, I havent playede the game on the PC, but i have played other games so i know that it is possible to change a sprite from Ghost.wav to Neo.wav so you can play as Neo, except for in game cuts..... I think that is pretty tight, yet the Ps2 in my opinion is the best because of contracts with companies and all that, my uncle works for Sony Gaming Entertainment and he says that there will be a PS3 soon and the first day, he will get ti for me, I dont have to pay, ANYONE SEE WHY I LIKE ALL OF SONY's PRODUCTS????!!!!!

no not really, he said that the people are working on it and ddont have a final color or shape or anything just that it plays games... he also said that Sony is making contracts with MANY MORE game prodicers, so i guess its gonna be awesome......

No he didnt, ill try to ask him, i guess because they dont know the shape and all of the features, they cant put a price tag on it yet... they have only gotten the game contracts and fitted the gaming mode, thats all i know, sry

I talked to a guy at EB, he said Sony's bringing out the PSX as a filler until PS3. He said it would work as well as a PC, and would retail for about $1,000

Well, it all depends on what you want. If I want PC games on a console with slightly worse graphics and a larger bill and lousier controls, I'd go with the XBOX. If I want to try and study geometry for a test the next day, I should definetly get the PS2, because it looks cool and teh controller is so bad it makes you think to use it. If I want to get the gamecube, I get a sweet game every four months and crap in between. If I get the PC......I can upgrade graphics cards, play online in seconds, reset the control scheme to however I want it to be, get games for cheaper, and make mods. I 'm goign to have to go with the PC, and then if I feel like being patient, then the gamecube.....I can get Halo on my PC, and it will be better than on the XBOX....

Ya see... I'm not the only thinking me good ol' pc is divine. But hey, don't let me stop you guys in spending hundreds of dollars on crappy games, I'm sure the software developers won't mind :D

Alfredo that gave me a good laugh, but fourtunately I do not own a gamecube. I own a PS2 and I love it. Xbox is excellent also, and getting halo is the only reason I would want one, and as soon as halo 2 comes out I would get it. But unfourtunately I do not own an Xbox.

well, i think xbox beats alll game systems cept the pc. xbox and pc are about the same, almost same RAM and ROM, and they both play halo :D and they have more than 100,000 save units! plus a memory card! and plus being heavy is good, so if you fall and the controller jerks, 1st there is a break cable, and then if that dont work, the xbox is heavy enough not to fall, and with my friends ps2 i was standing up and i fell and the controller didnt come loose and it fell and smashed. same with my friends purple box carrying case :p. so i would say XBOX RAPES ALL SYSTEMS (warm regards towards pc)! YAYA HOOHOO! and i cant wait for Halo 2! and i like Knights of the old republic, which is only on xbox and pc, so really? as in the words of yoda, "Rules is Xbox, hmm? hmm?"
