Is Zion the only Human city left ?

I wonder if in M3, only the army of Zion will strike. What about the humans staying above ? Remember that Morpheus had explained to Neo that Humans did the act of blocking the sun with clouds so that the machines wouldn't get infinite energy ?
Maybe there's some city on the surface in which Humans still manage to block the sun. Also the avergae time for a matrix version is 130 years, what have been the machines doing for all this long ? surely they dont have only Zion to handle.
The word 'revolutions' itself is so complicated.

No theres just one zion, the sun was already blocked permanently, they are full with the humans in the matrix, and doing whatever they want to. There machines who knows, that and they have allways mounted attacks on zion.

Ok then what about the humans in the dream world ? In M1 we saw those tall towers branching out millions of people inside pink pubbles, wouldn't their minds get freed by themselves ?
Wouldn't they have a role to play? I saw a pic in the official site, where in the background those towers are there and in the foreground Squibbles doing something
I feel not only the humans from Zion will revolt but from elswhere as well. Cumon Earth is such a huge place!!
