Intelligence perfect or imperfect

i have heard many things about true artificial intelligence as being considered perfect, intelligence artificial or not is not something that can have any perfection because intelligence is an imperfect thing. so once it achives perfection it becomes something more, something beyond comprehension.

To speak about intelligence you must define intelligence...

To speak about perfection, it must be define too.

Intelligence can be seen as the ability to solve problems and pick the best option. But the very basis of the structure of the psiche of human beings, as sicoanalisys state, is funded on pleasure and displeasure. Then...If I take a bad option...It is because I am not intelligent enough, or I was following the pulse of displeasure?
