If MIAM is true, how the real world looks like?

I am not believe in MIAM, but if MIAM is true, how the real world looks like? Are there any people in the real world who trying to fight the machines?
If you are in the real world, can you free people in the smaller matrix(not Zion)?
Maybe the people in the smaller matrix are all just programs.

Probably not, as the machines, within the machines control humans. The real real world would probably look sh*tier than the actual zion... gets worse as it goes outward.

lol. I think that Seraph has a point, the machines control the machines, e.g. the machines make programs that are machines and the Smith somehow learns to escape both matrixes and is angered at his fellow machins for trapping him in the matrixes.
