the machines liquify their bodies to be feed to the living...you see inside the matrix you don't actually eat food you use the dead's nutrients to survive...man thats GROSS heh

lol yah i knew it had something to do with the fields but i did not remeber the conversation. i kinda thought people were immortal cuz of like the part wear he said you ever feel like you wake up from a dream like when you die u have a dream of u dieing.

There were a few possible answers in one of the giant jokes post, mabye Tank and Mouse are a little lonely and have a bad case of the stones, or mabye Morpheus provides them with a single celled protein amino acid, everything a body needs... *HINT HINT SEMEN HINT HINT*

It looks like grits to me except really nasty grits
