When Neo goes to see the Oracle, Neo walks in and the oracle says, "I would ask you to sit down but your not going to anyway."
The same type of conversation happens with the architect. My question is: How do the two programs (taking their word for it) know what Neo is going to do before he does it? It is almost like they can read his mind or he is programmed to do such a thing by the machines.
Well, she's an oracle after all. About how such things work is left to ur own imagination me thinks. It's not really a flaw in the plot or anything, just a little bit hard to get if u really wanna bang ur head on it.
My guess is that since this is the sixth version of the Matrix, that the previous "ones" made similar decisions as Neo up until he reached the source.
Good idea. yet I think that's not the case, since Neo's other than them and is therefor bound to make other decisions than his predecessors here and there. The path to the source was probably not entirely the same.
The oracle explained it, Neo already made this decisions subconsciously long ago, but untill presented with the dilemma does he think he is deciding. He has already made the choice, he just has to understand why before it happens.
The oracle can probally know the future by observing Neos and others personality and thoughts. She can probally get this info because his brain is plugged into the matrix so she can probally download off his thoughts and see what choices he and others would make.It wasnt as confusing when I thought she was human because I assumed she was just a phychic but a program cant be phychic. She doesnt know the future for sure she makes a predictation.
seraph: Do you know whats going to happen
Oracle: Im not sure theres so many choices so many people that play a role
Not nearly word for word but it's something like that
no, oracle and seraph, and mero and persephone are programs from the machine world. programs can be old, even if not 'aged'.

I still dont think she is a human, despite what she has said. Reason: Morpheus says shes been with us since the begining of the resistance. He says that she is very old. How can she be old if shes a program? Programs dont age except in that they might be outdated. Also because she is with all the other "potentials", this makes me think she is human and the people there are human, except they are freed. But why are they potentials if she can tell if they are the One or not? Still a question that mabye the Oracle says she is a program so that Neo makes a certain choice.
morpheus didnt know she was a program. since he thought she was human, he naturally thought she aged also.
ahh yes, forgot to think about that. Your location sounds like a VERY nice place... :)
